Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy

Here at LED Bulb World we promise to provide only the best quality LED Bulbs at affordable prices. We will inspect all goods before they are sent out and will do our utmost to ensure your goods are delivered safe and working.

 

However, sometimes accidents happen or faulty bulbs slip through our processes, so please note that any standard goods you wish to return must follow the relevant procedure detailed below. 

 

You must obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authority) from our Returns Team before returning ANY goods. Your RMA must be signed and included with the returned goods. Any items returned without an RMA will be refused at the customers’ cost. Please email us on This email address is being protected from spambots. Non Faulty Items

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products from date of delivery. If you no longer want or need your purchase, you will have 30 days from date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

 

Please note that any unwanted goods must be returned in their original packaging or a surcharge of 50% will be issued. Returns will only be accepted provided the item is not damaged, has not been opened and the packaging is in a resalable condition. All items will be tested upon their return to us.

Outgoing and Return postage will not be refunded for unwanted goods or orders placed in error.

 

‘Special orders’ cannot be returned under the above section.

 

Damaged goods

For goods damaged prior to delivery you will have 5 days from the date of delivery to submit a claim. Please contact our returns team within 5 days of delivery for a replacement order if your item arrives damaged. Please note you may be required to provide photographic evidence to support your claim. We reserve the right to request  All items will be inspected upon their return to us.

 

Any claims after this period may not qualify for a replacement.

 

Faulty Items  

For those faulty goods that fail within 21 days of delivery, you will have 30 days from date of delivery to make a claim. Any faulty goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery and you may request either an exchange or refund. All items must be returned via Royal Mail Second Class post. Return postage will be refunded subject to carrier costs. All items will be tested upon their return to us.

 

Returns of faulty goods will only be accepted provided they have not been damaged by any other source or misused in any way. Outgoing and return postage of non-faulty goods received will be not be refunded.

 

Items found to be faulty after 21 days of delivery

Unless otherwise stated, all products listed on this website are covered under a 1 year warranty.

 

Any faulty goods that fail after 21 days of delivery may be covered under a warranty period. Please note Goods found to be faulty following the 21 day period will be assessed on an individual basis. If the product is still within the warranty period and, if there is a fault, we may offer to repair or replace, at our discretion, or credit note to include postage as above. All items will be tested upon their return to us. A copy of the invoice or delivery note must be produced to make a claim. Any non-faulty goods will be returned to the customer at the customers’ cost and a refund will not be issued.

 

LED Strip Lights

LED Bulb World does not warranty the adhesive backing on any LED Strip Lights provided. We do not guarantee that this adhesive will stick to any or all surfaces. Furthermore, we will not accept goods for return or exchange that have the adhesive strip removed.
